Our current production capacity is 350 MT per month.
We have two (2) unit of extruders with daily output of 12 MT (higher if running higher density and MFI polymers).
Extruder No 1 : Double Stage, Strand Type, Barrel SJ 150 mm, motor size 110 KW = Output 5.0 - 8.0 MT/day
Extruder No 2 : Double Stage, Strand Type, Barrel SJ 150 mm, motor size 132 KW = Output 6.0 - 10.0 MT/day
We also have own eco-washing sytem with capacity of 12 MT a day to clean our products before production.
Other facilities include silo mixer, high speed mixer, dosing units, electronic metal seperators, melt flow indexer etc.
